Rude staff. I could not finish my treatment and when I complained about the rude staff they used my emails as reason to withdraw citing strategy disagreement. What strategy??? Lesson learned. Don't hire attorney when person recommending them works there and she herself has a history of lying.

Paul Skrabanek was our attorney and stretched our case out for four years and the result was trash. His secretary monica was so rude when I would call to get updates on my case she would answer the phone "what do you want!" Please do NOT choose this law firm to fight for you or any family member because they will not fight for you. I regret the day we hired him & his people.

My experience with Paul and his assistance was wonderful they took care of me very well and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a good lawyer The case took almost 4 years but it was a good experience for me to meet Paul and his staff thank you so much for your service I really did appreciate it .

I just want to say that Paul Skrabanek & his firm are absolutely wonderful to work with. I know that my case was not a windfall for Paul & his firm ~ they treated me with great care & fierceness. When a large insurance company refused to even offer a settlement after deciding not to pay on UIM coverage I had been paying on for years; we were set to go to trial in March 2018. As a last ditch effort to not have to go to trial we met for mediation in February. After several hours of fierce negotiations of which my husband & I were present for, we reached a satisfactory settlement. We watched, participated & listened to Paul fight for a settlement which we could be happy with. Just this month the case has been put to rest. Mind you, my accident was in September of 2014. It had been a long journey to this finish line. Many thanks to Paul Skrabanek & his firm.

My case was transferred to Paul office it wasent a big case but I felt that he did a great job. If I didn't hear back from his staff I would send Paul a email and would have a reply back with the answer even in a weekend. I was very happy with his representation

They never call you back and there paralegal team gives false information to clients just lazy people

The worse Experience I have had... The paralegal that is on my case has not responded to my questions professionally. I have asked her many times what else can be done and she always tells me "what do you want me to do?" I am not an attorney nor a paralegal to know. I believe this is the reason I hired the firm. She also used vulgar language when speaking to me, which is very unprofessional. I have not seen any improvements on my case. I could not even finish my treatment. Do not recommend at ALL.
