That’s an old saying about something you can’t get, blood from a turnip. Well, Mr. Herbert and his team did just that for me. I was injured on faulty equipment at a fitness gym facility that let their liability insurance lapse. On top of that, the facility was sold to new owners after my injury. New owners supposedly had no responsibility to handle my claim. Furthermore, I had signed an injury waiver that protected the facility from injury claims. Mr. Herbert took on this seemingly impossible set of the obstacles and got me a very adequate settlement from it. He literally pulled off the impossible. I can’t recommend this firm highly enough!

I believe that Kyle is an excellent attorney with great communication skills and a solid understanding of the law. Kyle is a passionate advocate that does not forget the end goal of representing his client. Kyle uses every tool available to get what is best for the client. He clearly understands the legal system and how to best situate a case for success.

Kyle was always there to answer any and all questions that came up. He went over all the details in a manner that everyday people would understand, not just lawyer speak. I hired Mr Herbert twice ( After a friend recommended him to me) , THE FIRST time for a car accident matter , and the second for incorporation matter for my small business. Both times were good experience, or as good as a lawsuit can be , both times Mr Herbert delivered. Frankly, I have never been a big fan of attorneys and what some of them do and stand for , but Kyle changed my mind on what they do and how they do it, I hope to not be needing an attorney anytime soon, but If I do he will be the one I call, and you probably should too.

Kyle helped me with an employment/labor dispute. After contacting him for the first time on a weekend, I heard back from him within a couple of hours. He listened to everything I had to say, looked over my documents and asked me to come into his office that same week to discuss my options and implement a plan of action. He definitely knows his stuff and made sure that I too understood what was going on with each phase of my case. Kyle constantly kept me up to date on the progress of my case, I never felt left in the dark or uncertain. He was always proactive anticipating the next move and preparing me for what to expect.
