As I headed into retirement, I needed help with Estate Planning and Will Preparation. I had conducted "interviews" with other lawyers describing my needs. None fitting the bill to match my needs. Mr. Dietlein was recommended to me by my financial advisor. Lawrence was very professional, helped navigate my wife and I through the process of our Estate Planning and Will Preparation. At the time I hired Lawrence, my wife and I were planning a trip and wanted everything to completed prior to our trip. Lawrence was able to deliver on time as promised prior to our trip, and our Estate Planning and Will was in place. Making for a less stressful trip.

Mr. Dietlein probated my mother's will for me in an appropriate amount of time. His fee was very reasonable for the expert advice and assistance he gave to me through the whole process. he never tired of answering the numerous questions I had along the way about the complicated process of probating a will and all the issues that come with probating a will. I was able to sell my mother's home at a time when the housing market was at it's peak in July 2021. Mr. Dietlein had made the probate process smooth and successful and quick the whole time allowing me to get ready to sell her house quickly. He is truly remarkable and personable and I greatly appreciated his expert assistance.

This was my first time being involved in the probate process. I was executor for my best friend who passed away unexpectedly so needless to say I needed some expert legal guidance. Lawrence was able to guide me through all the different aspects of the process and was always there whenever I had a question. In the late stages of the process there was an unexpected wrinkle that could have evolved into more court hearings and/or arbitration. Lawrence was able to lay out the financial ramification to the other two attorneys who were representing the beneficiaries of the Will which helped break the logjam and resulted in a settlement agreeable to all parties. If not for this I have no doubt things would have escalated into more court time. I thought Lawrence did a wonderful job and would highly recommend him.

Mr. Dietlein was recommended to us by another attorney when we inquired who could assist us with a total rewrite of our wills and estate plan. We were so pleased to have the opportunity to work with Mr. Dietlein. Of course, we had lots of questions of how to get our estate plan that we had in mind into written documents. Mr. Dietlein is extremely knowledgeable and was able to take our concept and explain to us how to best make it work. We also involved a trust management company who worked directly with Mr. Dietlein. Their discussions involving the trust component of our plan were much more technical, but Mr. Dietlein was able to explain to us in terms we could understand. This allowed us to make appropriate and informed decisions on the areas where we had a choice among various options. We are very pleased with the outcome of our wills and other related documents and have a great sense of security knowing that we have a high comfort level with our estate plan.
