Lawrence was great to work with. He was available when needed and was a great help through the estate probate process. I would recommend him to anyone needing to go through probate.

My wife and I worked with Mr. Dietlein to develop a will. I found Mr. Dietein to be well versed in his field, forthcoming with information and professional in his approach. He was helpful in providing guidance that assisted us in making decisions to ensure that should we pass earlier than anticipated, the care of our children would be entrusted to preferred parties and our assets would be distributed in the manner we saw fit. This was a valuable experience and I would recommend Mr. Dietlein to others looking to complete or update their estate plans.

I knew from the first meeting that I was going to hire Lawrence. His demeanor was to put you at ease and to let you know that you had someone on your side. He stayed one step ahead of the those contesting the estate. He got things done and the other side was never waiting on us to move things ahead. Lawrence was also very good about returning phone calls even after hours. The other thing I would say about Lawrence is that he was very fair in his billing and did not nickle and dime us to death. There were times that he would bill us nothing for handling minor affairs. I would without hesitation recommend this attorney to friends and family alike. I would also mention that we got the best of all possible outcomes, Your first mistake would be in not hiring this man as your lawyer.

Upon my divorce, I needed to redo the whole set of personal estate planning documents - will, power of attorney, medical directives, etc. Mr. Dietlein started with my old documents and updated them as necessary to current regulations and my solo status. Much of the work was done via email which allowed me to research options and talk with those I considered for various roles (like power of attorney) to be sure they would accept the position. Final signatures were done in office (Fall 2019), and handled professionally and quickly. I would gladly recommend Mr. Dietlein (Lawrence).

I consulted with Mr Dietlein for a simple will and estate planning. He was very thorough and brought up items I would never have thought of such as my various internet accounts. He fully explained the law, how my decisions would affect my heirs, and offered solid and easy to understand advice. In addition to the will, I also now have a living will, durable power of attorney, and other important documents to ensure my wishes are known. He started the process off with a worksheet for me to complete which easily allowed me think about my assets and how I want them divided. He provided paper and electronic copies of the completed documents. I am very happy with finished product.

The epitome of a family lawyer, Lawrence listened carefully, and came to a good understanding of our needs. We have an adult daughter with disabilities and needed advice on how to protect her future in Texas. This entailed a review of her existing trust formed in Georgia, and the creation of a new trust in Texas. In addition, our wills and Powers of Attorney had to be re-done. All of this was accomplished with the greatest care and respect for our wishes and situation.
