I want to take this opportunity to emphasize the great service revived from Hao Law P.C. on filing my I-140 & I-485 petitions. Dr Hao and Ms Lena Park were very helpful and assist me through out the process. After I initiated the process, there was a disruption from my end which last for nearly a year's time, but ones I returned to re-enact the process, they supported me without any questions/conditions. Ms Park was very helpful; thoroughly going through my materials and filling an filing the document in timely manner. Dr Hao was helping and advising me through out the process, they even responded to my email queries on weekends. They were very informative and updated me through out the process. The Hao Law P.C. team is very professional and stayed with me till the end, clearing out any the issues/questions I had, specially regarding the unforeseen delays due to CoViD-19 related issues. Hao Law team did an excellent job on filling my I140 and I485. Dr. Hao is an excellent source of information and he communicates very fast even in weekend. Lena Park is very sincere on providing information and she timely filed all applications and RFEs with great care. Sunnie Kim provided great supports on organizing all documents, filling out all forms and changing address. In addition, Dr. Hao allowed me to pay the fees in installments. To be honest you can find a better and cheaper lawyer to take care of your case with more responsibilities. They made a big mistake during the application forms preparation, although they said all the documents will be carefully reviewed by the assistant lawyer and Dr. Hao, but in fact such an obvious mistake was not discovered until after the interview day the interviewer questioned about that. Now because of that, our case was put on hold for ~3 months after the interview without any update. And they just never did anything to help for case expedite when you case is out of normal processing time even they knew it is because of the mistake they made.

When they made mistakes and it is clearly their fault, they just blamed their customers and did nothing to help. Avoid at all cost.
