It was stressful at first but you guys got the job done and I am very pleased with the.service.

"Thank you for your service" as a disabled veteran I truly appreciate the thought. However, "Thanks" is not an action word. Some type of help (hand up, not a hand out) is what I thought my $1000.00 retainment payment (4 monthly payments, late with the 4th) would get me. I insisted maximum monthly payment I could afford was $200 per month!! My VA disability isn't much just 30% AFTER knee replacement. Mr. Garcia law office setup a $248.00 monthly payment, which again on a fix income and unable to work, I said I would not be able to make on a consistent basis. The law office concluded that was the best that could be done without a court hearing and increase Attorney fees for me. I had to agree, sign and try. Well, I'm at that point. My HOA payment was $600.00 a year. The Law Office of Mr. Garcia showed little concern with the HOA Attorney returning my $800 payment and denied a payment plan for the $2,000.00 balance after holding my check and request for months. Then filling additional court documents to increase the total amount to over $5,600.00. This was for two (2) yearly HOA fees of $600.00 x 2 = $1,200.00. Yes,over $4,400 in Attorney fees. The 3rd year of HOA fees and attorneys processing fees were added, total was over $9,000.00 with foreclosure sale set. This is after I defaulted on the $250.00 monthly payments to HOA ATTORNEY, I had made 5, $1,250.00. This is when I had to get an Attorney and I selected this office. "Thank you for your service" Law Office of Ernie Garcia. I won't be using or recommend you. Please remove my name and email from your list. Your emails are just a reminder of.... 4 years HOA fees at $600 = $2400.00, plus HOA Attorney over $6,600.00, plus $1000.00 payment to Mr. Garcia law firm, plus $1,250.00 payments I made. Yes, over $11K total, over 4 times the $2,400.00 HOA fees.. HOA IS BIG BUSINESS here!! God's Blessings are BIGGER, BETTER and I will remain in my home!!
