Everyone gets into an argument with someone else from time to time. Unfortunately, sometimes disagreements can escalate to the point where the police are called. Well, this happened with me and I found myself being arrested for the first time and charged with assault on a family member. Darian Conston was immediately contacted and hired to represent me. Facing three felony charges with the potential of having to serve 2-20yrs tdc, I reached out to Mr Conston for legal assistance. He worked diligently to make sure that I do not serve a day in jail. He's reasonable as far as his prices, and flexible with payment plans.

Mr. Conston is a top-notch attorney who has successfully handled multiple cases for me. All of which have been ruled in my favor. Specifically, I was forced to defend my girlfriend after she was attacked by a random male at a nightclub. Consequently, we both were taken to jail and charged with disorderly conduct/disturbing the peace. Mr. Conston not only gave me a ride from the jail the following morning but he was also able to get my case dismissed! In a family related case Mr. Conston was able to successfully petition the court to modify an existing order than was NOT beneficial to me. Attorney Conston was my representative on a Driving Under the Influence. I was working out of state and he helped assist me with keeping my job as he went through court process. He also would advice me on the process with my Driver license so that I could continue to drive and not loose my driving privileges. He truly went out of his way to help so that why I give him full ratings and call him the extra mile attorney.
