I had no hope. I was so defeated. Convinced I was going to prison. Convinced! Then, I consulted with Mr. Paz and he shined some light onto my hopeless situation. He told me at the very worst I would end up on probation. I was still scared. He was shooting for no bill. Dismissal. I just didn’t think that was possible because I’d never even heard of that. He gathered all my info and submitted it to the grand jury. He kept in contact with me and assured me I was going to be ok. He got my charges dropped!! NO BILLED! DISMISSED! He represented me so well and fought for me. I literally owe him my life because mine would have been much harder with a felony. Thanks Mr. Paz! You very seriously rock. The in past several years I have hired David Paz and associates to represent my children on several cases. He has always been very professional and understanding of what a parent has to go through when their kids get in trouble. He has always been very upfront with each case and has kept us well informed of the pros and cons. He has given us great advise and has represented us very well. David Paz recently represented me. The case was dismissed! He was in constant communication with me for nearly a year and never once made me feel nervous about the outcome. He never made a 100% guarantee and was realistic with possible outcomes & scenarios. He was easy to communicate with and I was never left out of the loop when new information arose. He was very timely and professional with all communication. I was required to go to court several times (numerous resets by the ADA) and he was there each time without fail. My case was set for trial 3 times and each time he met with me and was thoroughly prepared to fight for a not guilty verdict. The case did not make it to trial and a dismissal was offered. I hope I do not require his services ever again, but if I do.. he will be the attorney I trust to have in my corner. I am very thankful and appreciative for David. Truly a remarkable man and attorney!
