Abogada súper recomendada especializada en todo tipo de casos de inmigración a mi personalmente me ayudaron mucho Alenjandro Marín que me ayudó con mi caso súper atento contestando todas mis preguntas ayudándome con todo en mi proceso y con su ayuda y de la abogada llegó mi permiso y esperando que pronto llegue mi residencia les agradezco mucho bendiciones

Por favor, ahórrense el dinero y busque de otros abogados y personal que sea profesional y de corazón quieran ayudarles. I wish there was a NEGATIVE stars option. This place is a disgrace. I submitted my case back in 2019, paid all the fees (I have the contract). Owed zero dollars and when I would call, I would always ask about my dues and account; everyone I spoke with said I was okay, did not owe anything. Today, a woman by the name of Judith abruptly called and unprofessionally said I owed over $500+ and needed to pay them. Not allowing me to speak, she insisted I needed to pay because that's what I owed because of an "audit" they did, that sounds to me like your firm is loosing money and you're wanting people to pay extra. ¡I have bank statements, I have the contract from 2019 where it states that the last $500+ she is talking about WERE PAID! They are constantly "updating their system," "using new technology," "getting new computers, etc..." And they will ALWAYS use that as an excuse to say they've lost your information, your paperwork and anything that's a follow-up in your case. Mind you, I HAVE TO CALL THEM every other month to find out about my case and every time I call, they confuse me with a different Sandra. ¿I'm sorry, what? Every time I have to call because once they get the money, you will no longer hear from them: not a courtesy call, not a "hi, ma'am, your case is doing well." Nothing. This firm was said to be for the good of Latinos but being featured on Telemundo took a turn for the worst, they no longer care and you will NEVER hear from the lawyers/attorneys themselves. You will not see their faces. I am dissatisfied, disappointed and WILL NEVER tell a Latino(a) to visit this firm because they are unorganized, unprofessional and lack common sense. Please, USE A DIFFERENT LAW FIRM, I genuinely care for people, especially Latinos and because I'm going through this is that I am insisting you, DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE TO LOOK OVER YOUR CASE. It's not worth it.

La ayuda que he recibido desde el primer día , desde sus recepcionistas , de la abogada Naimeh Salem , pero sobre todo le agradezco a Mariela Cruz por su ayuda en mi proceso , mil gracias por su amabilidad para ayudarme en todas mis dudas , pues siempre recibo una respuesta veraz y rápida . Mi esposa y yo tuvimos una mala experiencia. Quisimos agendar con la abogado Naimeh, pero tenía cita hasta enero y nos recomendaron con otro abogado llamada John Hayes, cosa q no se q pasó q luego nos pasaron con Julio Montiel. Pagamos $100 para asesorarnos cosa q NO fue para nada. Ya que la llamada duró solo 9 minutos, la persona decía q no sabía darnos información, nos habló de una manera muy despota y grosera. Le pedimos devolvernos el dinero y bloquearon a mi esposa de todas las redes sociales.
