Spent +20k for a case that was never settled over a year span. I ended up moving the case to another attorney and it was settled in 3 weeks for only $300.00! After I moved the case to the other attorney I got a huge bill for 46k from the Cromeers office. I will fight the lawsuit to the end. I am sharing my experience because I don't want anyone else to go through the same things I have.

We had struggled to find a firm to review our residential remodeling contract. Although we felt very confident in our contractor who came highly recommended and has a solid reputation we wanted to make sure the contract was reviewed by an expert. Given the scope of our renovations and the sheer volume of homes impacted in the Houston area by Harvey we knew we shouldn't take the contract lightly. When we got in contact with Courtney Stricklen at The Cromeeens Law Firm we knew right away we found a firm that knew this space. We were pleasantly surprised at not only the speed of the services provided but the depth that was covered. Courtney went well beyond our expectations. The review was organized by what they deemed most important or those items that should be non-negotiable and went all the way down to what we may wan to consider but not necessary. Explanations/rationale for each recommendation along with suggested language was provided. Courtney made this daunting task so much easier and without a doubt, gave us peace of mind. I would not recomend this law firm. When you hire a professional you entrust that that person is going to help you I dont believe this was not the case for me. I am out around $3000 and in a worse situation from when I hired them. I am a college student and just got married so we dont have alot of finances and I clearly expressed that to the attorney on my case. I showed them areas that I felt they had been redundant and charges that should have been charged. The attorney said she would give me back some money then later recanted on her statement. You dont want someone who cant keep their word representing you. The owner acted very unprofessional in my opinion when I explainded my situation to her. She reaponded with an attitude and said I was free to leave. A very different tone from when I hired them. Dont make the same mistakes please read the reviews before hiring an attorney. I have since found a good attorney to help with my case. Everything is going good and this has been a good leason for me. You live and learn. No recomendaría estos abogados. Usted no quiere que alguien que no puede mantener su palabra que representa a usted. El propietario actuó muy poco profesional en mi opinión cuando me explicó mi situación a ella y con una actitud dijo que era libre de salir de su officina. Un tono muy diferente de cuando los contraté. Piensa bien y investigar los reviews antes de contratar a un abogado.

If possible I wouldn't give them any star. I used their services in 2014 & I'm not satisfied with their services. They are very unprofessional, their charges are very expensive, they don't return phone calls or emails & after you request your deposit money they come up with invoices you didn't even know about. I'm very disappointed.
