With some trepidation after my accident, I called and ended up speaking with Yuliana, not what I expected from a Law Firm, she took time to go over everything with me, pointed out things I had not considered and was able to answer my many questions, its taken a few calls back and forth so far but responsive communication with a layers is a good sign. These things can take years, but I feel confident we are off to a good start.
