Excellent & informative Personal Injury presentation in New Orleans!

***please read the entire review, because everyone makes mistakes, it’s how they handled their mistakes that will make me a life long client So ultimately it ends well after Jay took over my case. I’ve been waiting approximately a year and a half for settlement or possible litigation and due to the negligence of 2 prior paralegals mishandling of my case was almost about to receive close to nothing. However, let me say this my review is still 4 stars and this is because they made it right. My settlement is going thru and is going to be for more than I thought I could get at this point because they have given up their own fees to make right for their staff (by the way no longer with them)dropping the ball initially. For all those saying they only want a check or that they stall to take your money and low ball you, I will have to disagree, for me they have given up money in their own pocket to help me get more along the lines of what I deserve and need financially. Thank you Jay, you have kept in constant contact and have gone above and beyond to make sure I’m made whole again.

Overall this firm has been very on top of their stuff. Specifically Jay, I started out with one person that wasn’t very organized and Jay swept in got everything tidied up and handled in a very quick manner. Can’t recommend them enough :) highly recommend!
