DO NOT USE THIS “Law” Firm!!! You’ve been warned. The majority of the reviews have nothing to do with LITIGATION OR ACTUAL CASES. These people are STRICTLY SETTLEMENT LAWYERS and NEVER THINK ABOUT GOING TO TRIAL, IF NECESSARY. They’ll intentionally sit on your case, literally don’t do any work & will be clueless about your case—then, when mediation or pretrial approaches, they’ll lowball you and never had a discussion with you or the insurance! They stall, hoping that you’ll be fed up & will take anything they offer you, because they’re taking 45% off of the top. These types of lawyers are not Board Certified Trial Attorneys! If the negligent driver’s insurance policy is $1,000,000–they will never demand anything close to that, because it requires work and tangible records to negotiate the best compensation for YOU. Instead, they demand a lowball offer, perhaps with your approval (if you don’t know any better) and if you agree, you get nothing, while they collect 45% (average is 33.3%) before everyone else gets paid—these are common tactics utilized by SETTLEMENT DESK LAWYERS. If you don’t take the offer, you’re stuck with an aging case that most other attorneys don’t want to touch. Research BOARD CERTIFIED TRIAL ATTORNEYS and let them review the details before signing a contract. You also can break the contract within 72 hours, no strings attached. BTW, not only are the lawyers here trash, so are the so-called paralegals. All of the reviews are from the people who attend the block parties for free stuff!!!
