Please read the reviews before to contact this law firm. This is an unethical firm, they are prompt to take you retainer money to then do absolutely nothing, the ignore your calls, texts and emails. Some of the misconducts includes abandoning you as a client, missing deadlines, don't keep you updated on your case, they lie in your face, they are unprepared for mediation and court dates, they don’t fight for you, and they are dishonest about expenses. I hired this law firm for the most simple and plain case of establishing child support and visitation for my two children, the whole ordeal is already taking over 7 months, Tiffany Miles (lawyer), Karen Avery (lawyer - Bar Card Number 24028717) and Jared Woodfill ( lawyer - Bar Card Number 00788715) ignored all my attempts to reach at them, after months of trying to talk to someone after they missed the deadline in court, the receptionist informed me Tiffany Miles was no longer part of the firm, that no one was working on my case and Karen the paralegal, supposedly in charge to assist on my case (was copied in all the emails btw) acted like she not even know how my case was dropped without no one noticed!!!! The audacity of these people! They also missed two court days, the judge was so frustrated that I had to terminated the legal relationship with them via email and hired another lawyer! I request my release letter and refund weeks ago and until today they have not replied or called or any attempt of doing the right thing. This firm and their lawyer is a scammer and all the lawyers that work there should have their license removed, they literally lie and steal from people point blank.

Where to start 😔😭please if anyone is reading this please just don’t give your money or time into this company.. this a very sad place in my life that they are playing with the protect of my disabled kid that is involved with a family law case no one calls no shows proof of documents of anything ever being filed I have 2 no calls no shows no I’m sorry nonething my hearts breaks when u are a single parent trying to work on your own and trusting people hands on with case and don’t answer the phones at all I’m so scared of what may happen next so I’m filing a grievance to the state bar and I recommend others to do that as well this not a place that cares find someone else that cares or lose your case and lose your children and money 💔

DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!!!!! Any good reviews you see more than likely a staff member wrote it. Paid my money never met the attorney. The two attorneys that I started with both quit…. Asked for a refund and have been getting the run around for weeks!!!!!!!! Jarred Woodfill is a scammer!!!!!

This is the worse lawyers they will sale them self to the best buyer, when you have a case and tons of proofs they will tell you first yes you have a case and next day no ma’am you don’t have a case

Honestly the worst law firm in all of America. Don’t care about you or your case. All they want is your money. Extremely unprofessional and underprepared. They don’t stick to what they say they’re going to do for you. Whatever you do, don’t use Woodfill Law Firm.

Do not hire this Lawfirm. I was greatly disappointed in them as I paid them the full retainer, and 14 WEEKS LATER, nothing has came forward. I was mislead as well as far as the process along with them stating IN EMAIL that they were going to contact an agency, and weeks later after demanding an update, they carelessly stated they weren’t ever contacting that agency. And again, NOT ANY TYPE OF PROGRESS with my case as promised and stated. With the process initially told which turned out to be a lie, they also have a conflict of interest regarding my case due to another client reviewing it all “supposedly” to “confirm I have a case”. I had enough of their games. I do not have an executed contract from them, and due to the VERY MUCH LACK OF COMMUNICATION (seriously having email week after week after week) on top of the conflict of interest, the lies and lack of progress, I have requested my money back & a release letter. They claim they were handling my refund with accounting, however, it’s now been 4 weeks and no refund nor “release letter” despite not ever having an executed contract anyway. Extremely disappointed as I thought this Lawfirm was wonderful per referrals to them. Update, I go into the office unannounced, and demanded for my check. They gave me that and my release letter.

I called to hire an attorney and the guy that was doing the intake obviously wasnt listening to a word i said because he kept screwing it all up. When i asked to just speak to an attorney he told me he would call back. I said no ill hold he said i will call you back after i talk to one of the attorneys. I said you havent kept one thing strait that ive said so i will talk to him please just set up a consultation. He hung up on me Stay away
