This is the first time I have used Mcdonald Worley for a probate issue. I can honestly say that we have had some ups and downs. I would agree communication here is hard to come by with so many people answering the phones and giving you incorrect information. I did reach out to an ex-employee of theirs Sonia Tuckerson who assured me this was not a scam and advised she would have the attorney handling my father's estate get in contact with me as soon as possible to provide me an update on the claim. I feel Sonia Tuckerson went above and beyond since she was no longer employed by this firm. She assured me they would take care of me. It blew me away that I received a call that same day from Michelle Eddington. I had been calling since May. Michelle was very informative and alleviated some of my concerns. She also provided me her direct number and email. She brought me up to date which is what I was trying to do since May. So to Mr. Worley I just wanted you to know that Sonia was a great asset to your firm and continues to represent your firm well even as an ex-employee.....Thank you so much Sonia and Michelle.

I am so pleased with the service I received today from McDonald Worley PC law firm that I wanted to take the time to acknowledge their staff. Since becoming a client, I have consistently received excellent service whenever I call. However, today's experience was exceptional. I spoke with a staff member named Johel, who was incredibly helpful and genuinely caring about my concerns. Although I have interacted with him on a few occasions, today he truly went above and beyond to assist me. His support was especially meaningful as I was having a bad day, and he managed to lift my spirits significantly. Nursing homes are known for lack of care for the nursing home patients, which leads to bedsores, dropping patients, not caring if a patient is lying in wet or soiled sheets, causing many issues for patients. We went to McDonald Worley after my husband was sent to a wound care hospital for stage 4 bedsores. The nursing homes have to be accountable for the neglect theses patients receive! There is no one better to help the patients and they families to say enough is enough. These patients matter and they need to be responsible for their lack of care. This firm is caring , this firm made our nursing home accountable, this firm fought for us! We highly recommend them and appreciate everything they did for us and the compassion they showed us during this process! They are truly the BEST.
