These attorneys have stayed on top of our class action lawsuit and pursued resolution of Medicare’s delays in determining their portion and compelled them to move forward. Adrienne Haney has been very helpful to me, responding quickly when I had questions about how to proceed and what would happen next. She also facilitated probate for us. I would have liked a little more frequent communication about CMS slow walking the settlement, which we have yet to receive but they have done an excellent job representing us.

Highly recommend McDonald Worley, if in need of legal support with a Will probate. Adrienne Haney was very supportive with the whole process. She promptly answered questions and moved quickly to effectively complete all necessary paperwork. Also, the pricing was reasonable compared to other practices as well.

Knowledgeable and helpful

My mother was treated like her own case was not her business. She has ticking time bomb that was put into her body and is told it needs to be removed but because the item has moved that it cannot be removed. The attorneys have been condescending to her even though they have had the case for years. Then the attorney that was handling the case spoke to my mother as if she has not been affected by this product. The attorneys ran out the statute of limitations. They haven't revealed the total settlement amount but I am sure these attorneys are getting 100x if not more than any of the clients. My life was hindered from progressing because the device that has hindered my mother from living a worthwhile life and causing atrophy of my mother's body as for fear of movement and dangers of object implanted in her breaking apart. I believe the attorneys have been very unprofessional and rude just by the conversations I have heard sitting in the room while my mothers phone was on speaker. The attorneys did not fight for any other damages. The case is settled and now they are prolonging paying out the horrible settlement.
