It would be nice if someone would return a call or answer the phones, I've been calling since November 13, 2019, I've left several message when they decide to answer the phones because half the time they don't.. I was told by my Lawyer to call to check on my Mesh case & can't get a return call..Like really people come on!!

Too much answering service

I left several messages with the answering service about my case and to date I have not heard anything since October 2019.

Worst firm ever!! I heard them about a year ago and I'm still waiting to talk to a lawyer the only one I ever get to talk to is the lady that answers the phones and she always gives the same answers every time I call every time I ask to speak to a lawyer no one ever calls me back I highly recommend that you do not use this firm

I called and spoke to a women, I don't even think she was a secretary. She wasn't professional at all and you should have heard her trying to defend my question about covidien, she hung up on me. This is a horrible law firm they don't email or call you back when they say they will..he don't even send you his youtube video terrible lawyer client relationship.

Never get a timely response to a call or email. Calls go to a phone service at 3:30 daily! My suit has been with this firm for over 4 years. I signed settlement paperwork TWO YEARS AGO. At that time I was told I would get settlement money within 3 months. It’s been two years with no clear answer on when funds will be disbursed to date. As if having the horrible medical device want bad enough, now the ones that are supposed to be fighting for me are forgetting we exist. Worst experience possible. 0/10 recommend

During 2021 we had to hire an attorney to handle the probate proceedings for a relative's estate since we were not residents of Texas. We met Kevin Horner and felt very comfortable with him handling the affairs of our deceased family member. Would we recommend him and his law firm, most definitely! From start to finish, he and the staff walked us through every step and assisted us with the filing of all the legal paperwork, court appearance, etc. (All this happen during Covid when the courts were not operating like they normally would function during "normal" times.) Thank you Kevin and staff, we rate you as a five-star law firm for handling probate cases!!!

I would not recommend this firm to anyone. They were working on my case for about 3 years. Than at the last minute when bayer settled , they came back telling me my state does not recognize the lawsuit. This is something they’ve known of prior to taking my case but they pretended like they didn’t know. Because of this I did not receive a payout like I should have. Im sure they kept it for themselves. And I’m not sure how this state doesn’t recognize this type of lawsuit when there was plenty of attorneys in my state working on the same cases. When I received notice of this I called them and the paralegal said I called and told her days prior I didn’t want to proceed with my case. That has never happened, why would I call and say this when I already have a lien on me so if I went anywhere else I’d be paying this firm plus another firm. Not to mention the case was pretty much closed because the company was ready to to settle. If your considering this firm, you might want to look into other options.
