I had a great experience having an estate plan done at with Kevin Horner at Galligan & Manning. The on-boarding questionnaire was thorough and helped to define my needs but my initial consultation with Kevin was also great and very thorough. He carefully listened to my needs, explained his recommended approach clearly and concisely, and then drew up the documents in a super timely way. From beginning to end it was a great experience.

My case is 10 yrs old and I get the same old line, its not their fault... They will call me back with news... Something will happen soon...
Disorganized, they have mixed up my case details as well as my actual case.
Its unfortunate, because you know if i were their wife, child or sister, it wouldn't be 9yrs of nothing....
*Update*
12 years now. Same story, no replies to my calls or emails for the last 2 months, but you know, last I heard, they were working so hard and doing everything they can and it's just not their fault ....
