My sister was in a horrible car accident that caused her so much pain and suffering. When we were seeking assistance from the defendants as well as her own auto insurance, they failed to do their job. Our family was so upset that she was not able to get the assistance she needed. When we found McDonald Worley they reassured us that they would be able to help us with her case. McDonald Worley has exceeded all expectations, not only by assisting in all financial and medical bills but by their professionalism and ability to resolve all issues. They were also, very patient with us involving any questions or concerns we had along the way. We highly recommend this firm.

I cant ever get through... ive tried 3 different numbers. I am still waiting for my sons settlement for a long time. This is horrible

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING!! I signed my settlement papers 2 yrs ago and STILL HAVENT received my money. EVERY TIME I call they send me to a voicemail which THEY DO NOT RETURN MY CALLS OR EMAILS..I HONESTLY DONT KNOW HOW THEY EVEN SLEEP AT NIGHT TREATING PEOPLE THIS WAY

I started out with a substantial amount of money by the time this firm took made up fees out to continue financing their luxurious lifestyle, I ended up with absolutely nothing ,I should have just dropped the case so we could have both ended up with nothing because this firm ended up with the majority of it.

I hired McDonald Worley to help with my birth control. They promised to help get me at least the amount tmit cost to remove the birth control, which was $6,500. I just received the bill summary and payout for me. It is not even half the amount to remove it. This law firm will be pocketing more than I will be receiving. I will never hire them again!

I'm currently a client. And when I tell you the communication sucks it does. I have been emailing and calling the office and no one has responded to me and it's been over a month. Like seriously I thought they worked for me and my best interest but clearly that's a lie.

Not very helpful. They leave you in the dark, well until you call them.... then they seem to not care when you ask what's going on with your case. I wouldn't recommend them for much.

If you want to be kept in the dark and condescended to, this is the law firm for you. Emails and voicemails never returned yet they insist they did. Never contacted at all. Stay away. You can do much better than this firm.

I would give it zero stars if it would let me. I’m a very laid back, patient person (learned that being a nurse for many years). Multiple emails going unanswered, said would take 30-60 days for payment. We are on month 10!!! Would NOT recommend, seriously i think they are scammers and will take action soon. Process is already started. All they send is the same automatic message (never changes). Unprofessional, DO NOT TRUST!

Never received anything in the mail or email on the status of my case and what I get is it 30 to 90 days to get my records. I really don’t know what’s going on with the case, I am really thinking about another set of attorneys to take over my case! I need a group of Attorneys to give a report on where the case is in the courts I really think I need someone else to handle my case before it’s to late!
