Kevin and Marisela were very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful with pretty much everything I needed. Kevin very quickly caught a significant mistake that another firm had made and helped us with resolving it easily as part of what we were already doing. I will happily continue using their services as needed.

My mother had been rejected twice for Medicaid and was in a nursing home. Her funds were dwindling and we were desperate to get Medicaid coverage to which she was definitely entitled. However, all attempts were thwarted. Mary Galligan put us in touch with Kevin Horner who immediately understood and sympathized with our situation. He has worked diligently for six months and, despite two more rejections, was able to get Mom covered, finally. His positive attitude went a long way to support and encourage us during the trying time, made even more so by the pandemic. His expertise succeeded where we would have "thrown in the towel." Kevin went far beyond what could be expected and used every resource available to ensure the desired outcome.

I'm a hernia mesh victim who has tried to communicate with two law firms that claim expertise, this being the 2nd attempt which duplicated the 1st attempt virtually identically. After reading the contract that states an attorney has spoken to me and fully disclosed the fees among other parts, then someone calling daily asking you to sign. I tell them not until I speak with an attorney as it says. Weeks of attempting to speak with an attorney and nothing, around a month later the daily call comes and I repeat I'm still waiting to speak with an attorney, and am told let me get one; after a 5 minute hold they hang up. The next morning I called the Houston office, explaining and asking to speak to a lawyer, after a short wait, I'm told "x" is on the line and will help. I ask if this is an attorney and am told it is the receptionist. After many weeks, it's obvious there's not much interest in clients

I had a great experience working with Kevin and his team. My consultation was informative and professional, and the document preparation was quick and efficient. All of this happened seamlessly even though it was in the middle of COVID lock down. I never had to leave my house!
