Mr. Pink of Walter J Pink and associates has helped me with several incidents. The most important trait he showed was that of friendship and one who would not lie just to make a buck. He was honest with what my chances were and he asked me as the client what did I expect and what from him. This immediately made me smile. At that point I knew I had the right person for the job. After our first initial consultation remember him handing me his card and I noticed it said I fear no one but Allah. I knew I had a fighter!!! My first case the prosecutor would not offer me probation on a simple marijuana possession charge. Mr. Pink went above and beyond to talk directly to the judge and deferred adjudication it was. 9 months and 30 hrs of community service. Not what you know sometimes but who you know! I will share another incident. Me and my girlfriend where stopped going thru Nacadoches county with 10lbs of marijuana in our vehicle. Offer was 5 yrs TDC.(prison). Because Mr. Pink new I was not a bad person he immediately had the court date reset and said to me " I won't let them do this to you, go home and go to work. He said don't worry yourself, you paid me to do the worrying. What a breath of fresh air that was to hear. Next time we went to court he had the charges dropped on my girlfriend and I received 5 yrs deferred adjudication. In other words, stay clean and the charges would be dropped and not be on my record.
