Veteran Care Advisors are absolutely wonderful. The paperwork for this benefit is complicated. They will guide you every step of the way. They give step, by step clear instructions and then review the paperwork before submission to make sure nothing has been missed. Special shout out to Vanessa. My mother is grateful she now has her benefit.

Veterans Care Advisors (VCA) has been a tremendous help throughout a challenging process. When I moved my parents into assisted living two years ago, their friendly and knowledgeable team made the complex paperwork manageable. After my father passed away, VCA guided me through obtaining survivor's benefits for my mother, even suggesting I involve my Congressman when the VA stalled after a year of no action. Thanks to their advice and electronic filing capabilities, my claim finally moved forward. I highly recommend Vanessa, David, and the entire VCA team for their exceptional support and expertise.

The VCA was instrumental in assisting my husband and I receiving a survivor's pension for his mother. VCA informed me what was needed to complete the VA application and reviewed the application to ensure that the application was complete. With the VCA guidance my mother-in-law received the full VA pension. This VA pension allowed her to live the last three years of her life in an assisted living facility. Thanks to VCA her mental, physical and spiritual desires were fulfilled. Her children are grateful knowing she received the best care possible.

This organization has supported above and beyond for our case. Many forms with various edits and inputs were provided to us along with knowledge and guidance in navigating the myriads of requirements to enable VA support for mother. We could not have covered the many inputs needed without this competent team. Many thanks for the wisdom and kindness needed to make this happen.

I contacted this company and during the first phone call I was told that my father was a good candidate to receive VA benefits even though I was upfront that his assets were over the acceptable limit. I completed the first steps of the claim process as well as paying them the $1,195 fee. In the next few days, I was advised to place his money into an annuity to leave only the acceptable balance. After researching the annuity, my family felt that it was not favorable for us. When I told them this and said I didn’t want to go forward with the claim, they refused to refund me any part of the fee stating I wasn’t truthful with them. I believe they are only in it for the money and to sell annuities since they didn’t help my veteran father and only hurt him by losing money.

Veteran Care Advisors were so helpful in advising us with money matters and completing the VA application for pension benefits. I don’t think we could have been successful in obtaining the benefits without their assistance. It was invaluable!! We are very thankful that my dad’s assisted living place pointed us in their direction. Thanks so much to VCA!!
