Stephanie and Vanessa, gave me all the information I needed to make the decision to have them help me complete the extensive paperwork to receive the funds due to my mother. My father was a marine and we need the funds to care for my mother. I highly recommend using them. This is a legitimate company that takes proud in helping.

Our stepmother was recently diagnosed with dementia and because of this, we moved her into an assisted living facility. That facility was able to give us the contact information for VCA that we needed to begin our application process with the VA. Prior to this, these potential benefits had never been known by us or our father who passed away in 2011- (always the proud vet who not only served but also lost his twin brother in WWII) Dave and Vanessa at VCA were able to guide us through the application and with their extensive knowledge, were always available to help with questions and paperwork. They were very knowledgeable and prompt when answering questions and returning paperwork to the proper authorities. It was a process and did require that I gather the needed information and paperwork but we were able to begin receiving monthly assistance for my mother who lives in memory care and was married to a veteran after about 4 months of applications and paperwork. Well worth the fee as I would never have been able to navigate through all the paperwork by myself. She will continue to receive these funds for the rest of her life.

We visited with Dave from veterans care advisors and he gave a thorough and thoughtful presentation about what we needed. The service they perform is so important and it’s great to have someone who knows the inner workings of the VA on our side!

Although my father, a veteran, did not yet qualify for assistance, the company representative, David, was very helpful in the explanation of the process. I did not receive this level of support and clarity from another company with similar services. When it is time to apply, I will definitely use Veteran Care Advisors.

This company has no affiliation with the Veteran Affairs. No one should every PAY anyone for assisting submitting a claim for benefits. Look up any Veteran Service Officer (VSO) or County Veterans Service Officer (CVSO) for FREE assistance. UPDATE: Still scamming our nations most valuable by charging them $800.00 to file paperwork for something that is FREE!

This firm is absolutely amazing! If you are looking for assistance navigating the VA, look no further. They are professional, personable, patient and empathetic. They addressed my concerns quickly and fully and helped me every step of the way. There was never a delay in responding to my questions. It was worth the small fee. They helped me insure the proper information needed was turned into them and they sent it in and the claim was completed quicker than the average time it takes. Great job!!!
