Receptionist was very rude on the phone. When I stated I was looking for a workers comp attorney she said "we don't handle workers comp cases" I pointed out that according to their website, and even client testimonials on the website they do. She very rudely said well "you must have misread that because we don't thanks, goodbye."

Because of the unique nature of the case, there was a great deal of strategy and and advanced-level decision making involved in reaching a settlement. I am confident that not just “any firm” could of reached a settlement. However, with their expertise, they were able to get the job done.
