Mr. Goss has represented me for the entire time my disability claim has been in appeal stage and at each level (NOD, DRO, BVA and even CAVC) we have increased rating percentages. I'm very satisfied with his representation. He understands the complex law and that is what is needed to prevail in a VA disability claim.

Attorney Goss is not only a veteran himself with a disability, but also a straight shooter and very professional during the VA Appeals Hearing.

Mr. Goss and his team are absolutely fantastic. I attempted to find representation from several different places and no one would take my case because I am fighting a reduction in rating where no back pay was going to be entitled. Mr. Goss and his team are the upmost professionals and I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to represent me and help me fight the VA battles. I had a complex case and was facing a reduction. Bob turned it around and got me awarded 100% P&T. Was happy to pay whatever fees he had which are capped out federally anyways. He went all the way to the board of appeals for me.
Highly recommended if you can get him on your case.

Throughout the long process of dealing with the VA (7+ years), Mr. Goss and his staff handled all aspects of the case in a timely and professional manner. They made themselves available for my many questions as well as accompanying me to hearings and stayed on top of the mountain of paperwork required by the government. I would highly recommend Mr. Goss to work on anyone’s case especially if it involved dealing with the VA.

This man sat next to me during the hardest day of my life. He did his best to get the right questions to me and then the right answers from me. He did this as I was falling apart in front of the VA judge. His ability to stay calm in an intense situation is the only reason I didn’t lose my mind at the hearing.

Bob was there for me every step of the way which was a 6 year process. Sending in forms, filing, DRO and BVA hearings! There is no way I would Want to do this process alone, having a lawyer like Robert Goss on your side takes out the frustration! Highly recommend this law firm! Jeff
