PLEASE READ !! After dealing with this horrible law from for almost 5 years! They now decide that my Medical records do to give them enough to move forward. There staff is unprofessional, and within that 5 yrs they never once reached out to inform or advise me my options or status on my case. I never once talked to the lawyer in charge of representing me. There staff is rude and every time I call I was transferred from disrespectful file workers to highly untrained receptionist who again Only knew how to say, “There on a call” or “ On lunch”. No one explained anything and then I was told I had to then pay to receive my medical records back when I no longer wanted this law firm to represent me. This was a traumatic experience and i would never recommend this law firm not even to my worst enemy. I rarely ever give feedback, but in a industry where reviews are in place to protect the consumer and client I definitely had to share my experience and hope this helps someone make a more sound decision before choosing Fleming Nolen law firm.

I’ve been involved in a lawsuit regarding Essure, they have always kept me up to date with information. These kinds of lawsuits do take a long time to get settled . We are now nearing the end and we should see our results very soon. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me so far! I had Essure, then I had hysterectomy where they left Fallopian tubes only for Essure to cause them to wrap around ovaries 6 months apart and two different surgeries I finally had Essure removed but I lost both ovaries and had gangrene that had set up over tubes and Essure. I thought I just got unlucky and life sucked but FNJ came in and they’re saving the day! These folks are fantastic and have never been rude or unprofessional to me. Lisa West Stone

Throughout this whole ordeal they kept me very well informed with every step of the process they went thru.

I hired this firm to help with an Essure related case. Not only were they incredible about keeping me in the loop, but they were quick to answer any questions that I had about the process. It has been a long process, but in no way was that their fault. And for the people complaining about the firm retaining 40% of a settlement - did you not read the paperwork before you signed it? It was in the paperwork I signed both when I hired them and when things were settling. If you didn't read the contracts then that is on you, not the law firm. They have been wonderful to work with and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I am seriously starting to doubt this firm! Currently looking into hiring a lawyer to get out from under these shady services!! I haven't been a client for 3 years in March and have never received one call unless I have been the one to make contact. Always the same response 🤔🤔
