At the first meeting they will greet you with a smile! They will treat you well, and you will feel that they will do the impossible for you in order to obtain a large compensation from the insurance company, and after handing them all the papers and documents related to the accident, they make you sign on papers in order to start the case, and because you don’t have experience in handling accident cases, you spontaneously sign on the papers because you trusted them, now you fell into the trap and then the dirty game begins, after completing the physical therapy sessions, the insurance company sends a check to the lawyer’s office that includes (all claims and bills), the lawyer takes the largest amount of the check and sends you the rest and the main bills are (not paid) because you have already signed on it ! And over time, you find yourself legally required to pay some remaining bills such as the bill for physical treatment, the bill for the ambulance and the hospital, and these bills mentioned are among the main bills that must be paid. Don’t be a victim of a fraud orchestrated by this office, the Texas federal law with you and you are under no obligation to pay any bills because you are (accident victim). Go to more than one lawyer and ask and inquire further.
