Can’t seem to get an update from my case. For 2 months I have been calling to get an update and all I get is, “we will give you a call back”! What kind of place is being run here?! Bounced around from case manager to case manager and then supervisor supposed to call back as well? Horrible service!!!! If you want to wait months for a call back and never get updates this is the place to go!
