Teresa Messer is an amazing immigration attorney and I am very thankful for the service she provided to help me navigate through the immigration and naturalization process. She was very involved in completing the application and thoroughly advised of any roadblocks that may arise (which there were not thankfully). November 17, 2014 Review For Avvo, Mr. Kirby It is a fine balancing act for an attorney to represent a new client in a lawsuit settlement and mediation proceedings, but David Kirby rose seamlessly to the occasion. Mr. Kirby’s skills, experience and enthusiasm enabled my case, an extremely difficult one, to resolve in my favor and restored a much needed normalcy to my living conditions that had been profoundly degraded by the defendant’s refusal to properly maintain my property. Mr. Kirby was able to deal with these very difficult circumstances, which despite my constant efforts to work with the defendants, had left me no recourse but to hire an attorney. Mr. Kirby’s approach was always measured, diplomatic and articulate so that my interests were superbly represented. Mr. Kirby always returned my phone calls and correspondence in a timely fashion and he was always more than willing to listen and discuss my case over the phone or in person.
