I posted a question in the real estate and contracts section about a pressing matter/issue with a contract for deed. A week and a half went by with no answer and I was about to give up when Mr. Bledsoe responded with a very in-depth explanation of the applicable law pertaining to my situation along with possible remedies. I sent him a private message asking if he could help me with this matter. He called me that very same day and we spent about an hour on the phone going over all of the issues and Mr. Bledsoe was extremely easy to speak with and very clear to understand. He explained the strategy we would take, the process, possible outcomes and or issues that might possibly arise. He was very thorough with his questions and answers.
