Carlos was very personable, friendly, and patient with me. He understood my request and worked very hard to get us connected with an attorney in our area. He clarified some pricing questions that I had and also seemed to care about our issue. If there was something that he couldn't answer, he sought the answer for us. I hope that you have other reps like Carlos, as he made our first phone call and experience with LegalEase a good one!
