I hired Nicole about a year ago to assist with a child custody case. She was fantastic. As you can imagine, this was a horrible experience for all involved. On top of everything, she had quite a few curve balls to deal with, she was professional and supportive throughout.

Way overpriced for the work done, didn't seem to care or be engaged in my case at all. I had to contact her paralegal the day before mediation just to confirm she would show up. No planning or instruction was given beforehand and ultimately ended in a less than favorable mediation settlement where I felt pressured just to get it over with. During mediation she sat across the table from me reading US Magazine as if it were just a waste of her time. I thought hiring the most expensive attorney that I could afford would benefit me, what a mistake.

I realize 5 stars may seem unreal but this describes Nicole precisely! In 2009 I was forced to make a decision i never thought I would have to make. Nicole was a stabilizing factor in my life that had quickly turned upside down. I filed for divorce in 2009 and now, 2014, I am the primary custodian and have my children full time. I am grateful to Nicole for her knowledge, experience and dedication to her profession.

Nicole Voyles took the time to listen and understand my rather complicated child custody situation. She is very honest, practical, and matter of fact. She provides excellent, honest feedback, and explains what the possible outcomes may be, based on the facts in the case. She did not build false hope to try to run up a bill. Nicole was always quick to respond to my questions. She was also great during mediation. I fully expected my custody case to go before the Judge, but thanks to Nicole we were able to reach an agreement in mediation. After the mediated agreement was filed, I needed to get in touch with Nicole due to my ex not fully complying with a part of the order. She was quick to respond and offer a suggested course of action. In summary, I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a hardworking, dependable, and trustworthy Lawyer.

I hired Nicole back in 2009 to handle my divorce. It was a very busy and volatile divorce including domestic violence, several businesses and several properties. Nicole and her associates were very attentive and sensitive to my situation. I hired Nicole again in 2012 due to my ex-husband's inability to follow court ordered obligations and protocol. Both experiences I have had with Nicole were handled with utmost profession. I never worried if my attorney was not giving my case the personal attention it deserved. I would recommend hiring Nicole. I too, will use her again in the future if necessary.

Nicole was my attorney for my divorce and then I retained her 12 months later to be my attorney in my child custody. I would not have gone anywhere else. She was very professional, attentive, and always listened to my point of view. Nicole was always well prepared and had a strategy in place for my deposition and trial that followed. I found her and the firm she works for to be very responsive and knowledgeable.
