I had a great experience with Nicole Voyles from a Laura Dale and Associates and highly recommend her services. Nicole is extremely knowledgeable about divorce law but more importantly she was very empathetic about my situation and was able to pivot when it changed. I have nothing but great things to say about her and the firm! And she was worth every penny I spent!

For starters there is no good divorce. Nicole and Tammy absolutely made my experience comforting and down to earth. It was a long journey but these Ladies were with me from start to finish and I always felt that I was their number one priority. Honesty and integrity were key to our case and for that I’m always grateful to have had the very best in Texas on my side. Nicole Voyles and Tammy Pawlik were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They both took time to answer questions as well as asking the hard questions to ensure the matter was handled to its best outcomes in trying circumstances with complex situations. I'd highly recommend these two ladies even though I hope I never have to use them again myself.

Nicole did an exceptional job as my attorney from the first time we met through the conclusion of the case. She was realistic in her analysis of my case and the potential outcomes. She provided clear and accurate advice. She also listened well and made sure my goals were prioritized throughout the case. When unexpected hearings arose, she had Melissa and Jim fill in and they did an incredible job as well. I did not feel a drop off in representation and it shows the communication and team work the firm has clearly made an internal priority. Tammy, Nicole's paralegal, was great to work with; she was very thorough, always on top of deadlines and took care of all the details and documents that at times seemed overwhelming. I always felt that my case was being treated in a professional and appropriate manner. Many things are unpredictable and outside of your control in a divorce, knowing that I had a competent and thorough lawyer in Nicole, with more than adequate support form her firm, made it easier to navigate and reduced my stress.

I am very happy with Nicole and the work she did for my divorce case. She was always quick to answer emails and questions and kept me up to date on any communication with the opposing counsel. My divorce was relatively difficult considering my ex-spouse suffers from addiction issues and was very unreasonable and unpredictable. I am happy with the outcome of the child issues we settled on and grateful for the efforts Nicole made. She went the extra mile by still attending our zoom mediation while sick with Covid. This shows her dedication to her work and her clients! I am overall very pleased with her services and I highly recommend her!

Nicole is an amazing lawyer, she is extraordinarily responsive, she never lets an email go by without an answer. She is hard working and dedicated. She has a friendly smile but she is tough and she will not hesitate to go after what is needed. My case was very complicated and she managed to untangle it for me. Nicole was retained by me 5 years ago to support a divorce involving property, child custody, restraining order, etc. She was supportive, knowledgeable and diligent. Nicole Voyles has represented me in my family law, particularly child custody, matters over the last 5 plus years. She is very knowledgeable about child custody matters. She was dedicated to seeking and protecting my rights as a father. Nicole is respectful, candid, steadfast, attentive to my case, but equally important, ethical. What I really appreciated about Nicole was her ability to guide me through each phase of the proceedings and manage my expectations (she will tell you what she believes is reasonable and realistic to reach a solution that is fair to you and your children). I have a special needs child and knew my divorce would be complicated and difficult. I needed to act in the best interest of my kids. Furthermore, I did not want to retrospectively regret my effort. Nicole Voyles was very clear to let me know when I was asking for things I was not likely to get. I asked for a lot, and I ask for things that were going to be very difficult to secure. That being said she worked diligently to get me the great majority of what I wanted. The things I did not get was not for a lack of effort on her part. I actually consulted /interviewed 5 attorneys prior to mediation. The attorneys all present the typical spo and discuss mediation. Nicole was the only attorney who spent time listening, was honest with possible outcomes and actually discuss a few ideas on achieving my goal. She did not sell me on unlikely outcomes. For other reasons, I initially went with another attorney for the mediation. My Ex quickly violated the mediation and refuse to communicate. At this time I was not please with the effort and response of my attorney (first attorney). I changed attorneys and went with Nicole Voyles. It became clear from the beginning Nicole was hard worker. She push to get my Ex back to mediation and when she refuse we went to court. Against difficult odds, she successfully secured a safer possession schedule for my kids. After multiple attempts at a final mediation it became clear we had to go back to court. However, throughout the mediation process Nicole would meticulously negotiate /signed off different sections of our agreement. Sometimes having an attorney who is prepared to litigate probable makes for better mediation. She successfully limited the court time only to the issues that we were unable to mediate. Her Court preparation was impeccable. She was thorough in her organization. She was able to read the atmosphere of the courtroom and decide how aggressive to respond. - Prior to the judge final comments, I gave Ms Voyles a hand written note stating: ' You did a Great Job'. I wanted her to know that independent of the outcome, I was extremely happy with her Effort. - The opposing counsel commented to me in the hallway: 'your attorney did a great job'. This is coming from the opposing counsel prior to the judge opinion. - My Ex, during and after the divorce, commented to mutual friends that my attorney is 'really good'. Most importantly, the work and efforts of Ms Voyles have resulted in my children being in a much more stable environment. They are happy and thriving. This was most important. For this I will be forever, grateful.

Nicole went above and beyond what I even expected. This was an intervenor case and my expectations were not high but she worked so hard on my behalf and it all worked out. I highly recommend her
