I have been going to this law firm for about 8 years for immigration assistance. Miss Jennifer Mizulski is very profashional, helpful and very knowledgeable i would recomand making a appoitment and just sit down with her she will tell you stuff that you will understand very friendly and caring.

I had never been through an immigration process before. I could never have navigated the process and brought my family to Texas without Jennifer Mizulski's assistance. She was always available to help and explain the process. She had great empathy and anticipated issues for us. Thank you Jennifer!! Don't need to look for immigration assistance anywhere else.

I am not a kind who write review, but this time I thought I should share my experience. This lawfirm lawyer did my H1B petition which was unselected. It was fine because it was lottery, who can predict it? Things happend next. After unselecting, atterney M and her assistant suggested me to beg to school to get some document which was not allowed for me by school system to extend my legal status and said that go outside to have a citizen guy, cute is better, for green card with marriage if I want to stay on the States. I felt so bad. Can you believe this advice is from legal professionals? When they and I were talking about green card process, even they had no idea which catergory I fit in. I understood at that moment because I did my undergraduate in Korea and changed major for masters degree, it could cause confusion for deciding their strategy. However, when I got consultation from another lawyers, they show me what is my case, what should I do, and what they need even with much lower fees. The lawyer and her assistant I met at this law firm are good people, but I think they are not a good lawyer or assistant.

This group doesnt even deserve one star. Every process were vague, lawyer was inexperienced, and nothing came out as a result. Do not recommend this firm, immigration attorney? They dont know their stuff.

If there was ten star rating, I would give Krissy ten stars. Krissy is truly an excellent immigration attorney who is specialized in business & family based immigration issues with an in depth knowledge on immigration laws & practices. Any questions on immigration issues, you will get very clear answers. We had an immigration - Visa issue for an employee in my previous company and the other attorney who I used to work with introduced Krissy and I started working with her to resolve that employee's Visa issue. Since I experienced how great she was, I thought she would be a big help for my child's Green card renewal and my N-400 (naturalization) process. She helped my child's extension of Green Card in a very short time frame and my becoming a U.S. Citizen as well recently. It would have been a little complicated for my case, but everything went smoothly with her clear instructions & help. My N-400 process including oath ceremony was done only within 6 months & a half. If I had done it by myself, it would have been taken way more than 9-10 months and would have not been that easy. Krissy is very honest, friendly and professional. Our immigration journey started in 2004. Initially, we filed a labor petition with the help of an immigration attorney in Houston. A friend introduced us to immigration attorney, Kristen Quan-Hammill, and we were very impressed with her simple and personal approach. She initially helped us with my husband’s R1 visa. We found that her presentation of our R1 case to the USCIS was highly effective and appealing. She got my husband’s R1 approved around 2006. Since we were very impressed with her professionalism and effectiveness, we decided to move my green card application process to her soon after. She worked on my I140 application and got it approved in 2008. Within a year, she filed I485 for our family. Finally, in September 2015, we received our green cards. She was like a friend to us during this period, and we could reach out to her by phone or email any time we had a question. She was always prompt, and we felt that she gave us the best advice every time. Her knowledge and understanding of U.S. immigration laws is outstanding. She is very honest and kind in her approach.
