At first I didn’t think there was any hope in someone helping me win my DWI with an accident , I talked to Matthew on what we could do and what was the best way on approaching this situation , with confidence he told me there was a 50% chance in winning it or getting it dismissed , we came to an agreement and I let him do his job , obviously it wasn’t gonna happen right away it was going to take time and I was very patient , and also he knew I was busy with work therefore he got my appearances waived on every court , Every court that would pass by he would always help me get some good news , Until finally he was able to gather enough evidence and information to dismiss my case , And Yes I got my DWI dismissed. Definitely recommend you to hire Matthew for any needs , He will help you with anything you need and won’t ever have you doubting yourself and will always have you updated .

Trust him with your case. Although the process is long, I was kept up to date throughout the entire process, and was told all of the pros and cons to my case and how they may affect trial if I chose that route. I was offered pre-trial diversion and was advised to take it (due to a guaranteed dismissal) but Matthew made it clear that it was my decision if I wanted to fight at trial. I chose not to take the offer, but I was given a dismissal prior to trial anyway! Matthew is honest, calm and collected, and is knowledgeable regarding DWI’s and the processes of both Ft. Bend and Harris County.

I hired Matthew Deluca for a DWI case, From the initial consultation I knew he was the man for the job. I interviewed about 6 lawyers but Mr. Deluca was the only one who advised me on getting a new drivers license. He was extremely knowledgeable in the laws, in addition he was prompt and returned all of my calls/text in a timely manner. If he said he was going to do something he did it. I did not have to follow up or prompt him for anything. He was on top of every deadline, appointment or court appearances. My case actually went to trial. Mr. Deluca is a very competent trial lawyer. He had all the traits of a good lawyer including speaking and presentation. He was dynamic in my defense in the sense of picking which direction to proceed based on the jury's reactions and what had been presented by the prosecutor.
