Bad things happen to good people. That is how the saying goes. As a veteran, who served in the military (Army, Navy, and the Air Force, yes I served in all three!!!), Phillip Trueba understood my situation. He did not judge me and provided a feasible plan that works and I am eternally grateful. He is the best Bankruptcy attorney in Texas!! He has exceeded my expectations as my attorney. Very irresponsible I was using my company to sponsor my green card. They didn't fill out the forms or forward any supporting documents and charged excessive fees to go with it. Don't risk your legal status with them

Phillip was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. Of course filing bankruptcy was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, it felt like I was admitting defeat at first. Thankfully, from my first meeting with Phillip he put me at ease and walked me through the entire process. He was always happy to answer my many questions and very patient. I appreciated the fact that he was quick to call me back or respond to my emails or texts during the process. I was always well informed and there were no surprises. I'm happy to report that I'm debt free and able to budget my money more easily now. My only regret is that I didn't contact Phillip sooner.. I want to thank Mr. Trueba for his hard work on my chapter 7 bk case. I spoke with two bk lawyers before meeting Mr. Trueba. He had an outlook very different than the other attorneys I spoke with. He was such a "LETS GET IT DONE" kind of guy. I was terrified at the idea of bankruptcy. He eased my mind from our first few minutes on the phone. He was very confident he could help. It all started with him meeting with me at 7AM to accommodate my schedule which really helped out so I would not miss any work. He listened to me and knew my case would be a difficult one but only came up with solutions....not excuses. It took a couple of visits for him to get all the info he needed. After our second face to face, he was ready to proceed. He felt like we had a case and I felt like what seemed like hundreds of pounds were lifted off my back. We had to wait a couple of weeks to get our day in court but the service didn't stop there. I would always come up with questions and he never hesitated to answer them. He never made me feel as if I was a burden. The piece of mind that gave me was priceless. As my court date approached, so did the anxiety. Mr. Trueba was there to greet me and knew I was beside myself. He assured me it would go fine. Going in front of the trustee was as you can imagine, nerve racking but it went smooth. Mr. Trueba had prepared my case so precisley that I only endured a few questions of the court. The court was up to date on everything else because Mr. Trueba prepared it perfectly. As of May 23rd.....I have been discharged. It took 8 weeks or so to go through the court process but its done. No more fear...My fresh start has happened and I couldn't be happier. If you find yourself in a bankruptcy situation, Mr. Trueba is the one to handle it. Don't let other attorneys deter you with maybe or we'll see. Mr. Trueba will make it happen and his pricing is great. Thanks again Mr. Trueba for making a bad situation a thing of the past. My family and I truly appreciate it.
