Quan group of Attorneys really helped me through the Permanent residence and work authorization process. It took a shorter time than expected and I was able to get my work authorization and then my PR approved in less than 4 months. This review specifically for LAUREN M. ROUHANA I deeply regret hiring this lawyer. Her focus seemed solely on financial gain, neglecting client concerns. Communication was abysmal; I was never updated on the process or informed about the next steps. Attempts to reach them were futile, leaving me feeling stranded and uninformed throughout the entire ordeal. Adding to the frustration, she displayed a rude demeanor. Instead of listening and explaining issues, she often engaged in arguments via emails back & forth. This combative approach created an uncomfortable environment and further diminished the trust that should exist between a lawyer and a client. A disappointing experience overall. Avoid this lawyer LAUREN M. ROUHANA if you value transparency and genuine client care.

The US immigration & Naturalization Dept was SLOW at picking up the pace after COVID-19. Quan Law Group got my Green Card finally after 2 years! Tax payer paying their salary...dragging their feet.
