Mr. Dupree was very helpful and making sure I understood my separation agreement. He gave me enough information to allow me to make an informed decision about whether I felt I needed to pursue a case against my former employer. In the end, I decided not to which speaks to Mr. Deprise commitment to do right. He could’ve easily convinced me that I had a strong case and took my money knowing I wouldn’t win. He didn’t do that and I appreciate him for it.
