Unprofessional and Unreliable – Avoid This Law Firm My experience with this personal injury law firm was nothing short of a nightmare. From the beginning, communication was nonexistent, and it was nearly impossible to get a hold of my counselor. Every time I reached out for updates or requested specific documents, I was promised they would be provided—but they never were. It became clear that the firm had no regard for its clients or their well-being. The lack of communication and follow-through not only delayed my case but added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. What’s done is done, but I want to share my experience so others don’t go through the same trauma I did with this firm.
