I didn't want to bring legal action. People file lawsuits far too frequently, in my opinion. This was quite heartbreaking, too. Nobody should have to deal with their child's sudden, unexpected death. As I previously mentioned, I didn't want to file a lawsuit, but in the end, I felt that I made the proper decision because this shouldn't have happened. Zehl was the right choice, despite how awful everything was. They handled this situation elegantly.
