It was like a bomb hit us in 2020 during the pandemic, when we got a call from the hospital where my mother was getting a blood transfusion. The doctor on the call said she tanked and he didn't know what went wrong. Twelve days later our loving mother was gone. We searched for a lawyer to help us, advise us and take our case for months to no avail. Then a friend advised us to call Attorney Sarnie A. Randle. He engaged us, showed compassion toward us and eventually took our case. When no one else would consider it. What a great job he did for us to help our family heal from such a horrible tragedy. Sarnie Randle is unprofessional, discourteous, and disrespectful. After agreeing to take my case and receiving documents from me, he proceeded to ghost me for six weeks. I called his office every week and sent multiple emails. I even provided windows of time that I'd be available for him to call me and cleared my schedule to make sure I was available. I finally spoke with him today, only because I happened to call again at the right time, and he completely contradicted all of the advice he had previously given me. When I pointed this out to him, he had nothing of substance to say in return. When I expressed to him how unprofessional it was for him to jerk me around for six weeks, he said "Well I guess I can apologize for being busy." This is a person who has very little integrity and respect for his clients. Please do not trust him

I have always had good experiences with this office. People online share negative more than they do positive, which is sad, but just how people are nowadays. I wanted to share some gratitude for this attorney who takes difficult situations and adds humor, insight, and yes sometimes some harsh reality that people may not want to hear to help make sure the "little guy" isn't victimized. Society paints the picture that no one likes lawyers, but when you find one who has repeat business spanning decades like Atty Randle you know something is being done right. No lawyer can win them all when they are being ethical nor do they have a crystal ball to predict outcomes, so what you want is someone with the most experience possible. I'm thankful to have someone I can call who knows what they are talking about. He has been my family attorney representing three generations, has even represented other top lawyers, and has won awards for being one of the best, but I've known that for years. Just wanted to say thanks!

I called his office with questions and concerns. i left a message for him. I was told that he was very busy in court all day. He returned my call himself in a timely manner. He took his time and explain to me thoroughly the process and the steps that I need to accomplish my goals. He was very professional and patient. He's my attorney of choice.

Sarnie was like a family member to me. Personally, I think he likes to hear himself talk. I opened this account at an earlier date just to Bragg ion him, but now I take it back. Its NEVER personal, ALWAYS business. zlets just say when u needed him, he went out of town without notice, and no way to contact him of I had a problem or whatever. I ended up firing him, which was hard to do. I'm no dummy, and all he cares about is MONEY!! He wanted 33 1/3 just for doing the paperwork. I had done some work myself, and also some research. Lawyersonly get paid $100 to MAYBE $150/r just to do paperwork. I was like, "not on my watch would he get almost $700 for something I can do myself". I'm the one who has the wreck! I'm the one under duress!, I'm the one who doesn't feel well, and also the one who was at a loss. I did very well FOR MYSELF!!! I like him as a person, but as a business man, I feel like he preys on ppl who he thinks doesn't know any better. He'll hv u signing things with little to no explanation, but he's careful to word it the right way So it sounds like he's REALLY WORKING FOR U!

A family member and myself hired him. He does not return calls. He will tell u different prices that ur settlement will be. Personally, I think that he likes to h,ear himself talk. He talks this big game like he is the stuff when in reality his bark is bigger than his bite.

He knows the biz in and out will break everything down to you and waste no time my family has used him for over 10 yrs and he always put a110% and always has a positive attuide others don't add up to this attorney me and my peers truly endorse this man
