I am giving this firm 5 stars and would like to highlight my immigration lawyer Henry Ibe who was efficient and communicative about every aspect of my case. Henry was always available and kind, which makes a difference. applying for my mom's green card seemed a breeze. Thank you for acting on it so quickly.

My experience with Quan Law was unfortunately a disappointment. Even though I initially established good rapport with Attorney MT during first consultation, our communication later on was marked by delayed responses and eventually a rushed submission after multiple chaser emails from me on my last day of visa validity. JG who was the Of Counsel that writes for my case did not receive my files from the Attorney 3 weeks after I shared them with the Attorney. After I received an RFE, JG was having an allergy and managed to not give a response to me for two weeks, after multiple times of my trying to set up a meeting or even for a properly composed email. As I did not want to miss my RFE deadline, I transferred the case to another attorney. Even though MT and JG did not finish representing my case and they were verbally apologetic, none and not even a portion of the fees were returned. I luckily have received my visa with the help from the new attorney. I have no doubt Quan and Team could have been helpful in representing someone else; although in my case, or during my time, the two attorneys / of counsel I worked with was lack in professionalism by poor time management, poor communication, complicated by the unfortunate circumstance of JG's health condition. I would not recommend Quan Law given what I have experienced.
