I had an issue with the school district that I needed personal representation for and I was introduced to Susan through the State Bar of Texas. Susan was very positive and optimistic about helping me with my situation. Her communication was clear and she always had the lines of communication open. Susan was responsive when it came to communicating via email. I would highly recommend hiring Susan Grace Soto as an attorney as she knows the process very well.

We so appreciate Ms. Soto for all her help and just for listening to us. She helped us with our daughter and our daughter's school. She gave very good, on point, advice, and was willing to help as much or as little as we needed. Had it not been for her, we would have never achieved the results we were asking for with the school. We cannot say how much we appreciate all of her help. We would definitely use her again if needed and we would highly recommend her.

Mrs. Soto was retained because of a lawsuit filed against me and other parties. It was a very stressful situation in that I have never been sued before. Mrs. Soto was very knowledgeable and professional. She was always available for questions. She was able to get the suit dismissed without going to court.

I was dismissed from the university. Susan was the right attorney to help me get through the dismissal appeal case. Her expertise and experience in the academic system, along with her professionalism and compassion, got me reinstated into the university. To have her in my academic journey was a blessing! Susan Is a talented, professional and caring attorney. We needed someone to guide us through the complex special educational system and provide us with a clear view of our options. She did this extremely well. At our request she became our spokesperson at conferences and our liaison with the legal team at the school district. It is because of her insight and clarity that she gave our student what was his due. Her follow up on all details was well done. We would not have had the success we had without her. Mrs. Soto was the one who really pushed to get my situation solved. Although going through a family crisis herself, she did her best to stay in contact and as soon as her situation settled, no later did she have mine solved. She also helped my criminal defense attorney to assure that the case was cleared. She went to Austin with me to assure that I had all the support I needed during my interview. I could not have done it without her.

We have had to use Susan twice for our son with his school. Both times we feel she went above and beyond in getting him what he needed and keeping us informed of what we could do, what was happening and how things were going. Both times we were very pleased with the outcomes and support we received. It is so nice to know now as we continue to know she is an email away if we have questions or need her assistance again.
