Llevo una semana tratando de comunicarme con ellos me pidieron mi número telefónico dijeron que me del volverían la llamada y sigo esperando hoy e llamado varias veces deje mensaje de voz y aún no me han respondido jo se si están esperando a que pase el plazo que ellos dieron para cobrar más honorarios .

I drove 45 minutes to drop off my payment, and they refused to accept it because they were moving locations. They did not send out any notice to any of their customers.... THAT is very unprofessional. Now, it puts me in a bind since the payment is due on the 15th, and they will be closed until Tuesday

It's completely unethical to charge interest on the account of HOA fees and if you are representing HOA then you need to charge fees from them and not from the poor residents. Also, if you are working for HOA to collect debt on their behalf then you need to offer a lower amount and not a higher payment amount. Your business practice is unfair and unethical. If the law instead of protecting and assisting law-abiding, helpless, and unfortunate citizens is going to rip off the citizens, especially the poor and vulnerable senior citizens then such a law is a disgrace, useless, and a shameless vulture company.

Horrible people here. Charged me $1550 in “legal” fees to send me a notice for being late on my HOA fees. Absolutely absurd. 0/10 would not recommend working with anyone here especially Taylor Wood. She purposefully delayed the process in getting me details to pay and now she’s trying to tack on an additional $900.

Horrible experience with Meghan , very unprofessional. Makes snarky comments and hangs up . Very rude not helpful in any way ! Please hire more professional friendly secretaries who are understanding and seem like they care about your concerns and customers !!

First impressions is that this is an absolutely terrible law firm. They are not understanding and are difficult to work with. I have never been late to make any payments in my life. All I wanted to do was pay my collection notice that they served me. I was told they would email me the payment information and also get me the contact information for the HOA. I had to call them back the following day and was told that the person I needed to talk to was unavailable. However, immediately after hanging up I received the email I needed in order to make proper payment. I do not trust this Law Firm and it feels like they would only be out to benefit themselves or delay any processes in order to make more of a profit unless someone holds their hands. I am still waiting for the additional information I requested. S/F Mike
