You better off on your own . No customer service whatsoever; no follow up at all phone calls /emails go unanswered for weeks and when they answer they say yeah the paralegal will call you and never happens. When you sign with them they tell you we will take care of you and the only time they contact you is to ask for payments after that just dream of having a lawyer and if something comes up on your case the first thing they will ask for is extra payment to do what they were already paid to do

My case was very complicated, but they made it. I obtained my 10 year green card thanks to Mr. Sebastian Simon. I know that immigration processes are stressful and complicated, but with this team you are in good hands and your chances to get positive results are much higher with Mr. Sebastian, Mr. Eddy and this great team. Unbelievably GREAT work of the Ayoub team! The most helpful,organized,and knowledge team! Norma and Antoinette are excellent and on top of their work. Always responsive and go into detail in informing you about what is going on and what is needed ahead of time. I cant describe what an incredible encounter I was able to have with both.
