I needed to mail in my vaccine card (which I was a little nervous to do) but everything was very smooth. I got it back within 10 calendar days of mailing. Laurence was very efficient and communicative. He answered all my questions and made the bureaucratic side of things not a hassle at all! Just as an aside, I would not recommend the evisa. The site is terrible, and I had a lot of issues. Tourist visa on arrival seems like a better way to go.

Sam was a great listener and gave me the best advice regarding my mother's case. He took the time to ask all the details and gave me all the possible different case scenarios. I would recommend him for anyone who is in a tight spot and needs an attorney to care about every step of their case. Totally different experience from the one I had last year. They have now a website that actually works and you get all the necessary information and then require an appointment and go there to get the job done.
The best part, it all worked prefect so far for renewing my Egyptian ID card. Planning to send my sons to do the same and take advantage of the new system.
Thank you to Mr. Khalid who helped to complete the form, and thanks to Mrs. Nabila Makram and President SISI for pushing to implement the changes.
