Trying to get in contact with the consulate to check the requirements for power of attorneys. The consulate voicemail recording still state restrictions due to Covid four years after the fact. In addition, none of the recorded selections works or have any live response to them.

They don't understand anything
They never give you an accurate answer
They're don't talk in English 😔
They have Zero communication skill👎
