Pretty good service. They were response via the consulate gmail address. Turn around time for business visa for US citizen was about 5 business days from arrival at consulate to when it showed up in the postal service tracking system for return. I even forgot to write down my return tracking number before I sent it off and they thankfully had it on file! Would recommend getting a visa on arrival if for tourism purposes.
