It is a great experience to work with Liu & Associates. They provided very professional services throughout the whole procedure. I encountered an unexpected issue during my Green Card application. My attorney, Dr. Christina Le guided me throughout the stressful and dark moments. I felt very supportive and blessed to work with them. The founder Dr. Zac Liu is also very helpful and nice. In the past ten years, I have contacted with him multiple times to discuss my immigration status, and each time, he provided me advice kindly and supportively. Highly Recommended!

My son passport was almost lost due to USPS printing the wrong label.
Mr. Ahmed Farid and Hany Youssef were very helpful and without them, we would have lost our son passport.

Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone in this place. They are not answering any phone calls and not responsive on FB messages. Can’t be any more careless of people’s affairs. Worst service ever!

The new website of the Embassy is horrible..nothing working.. hardly you can download any document. Also the new website for scheduling online appointment is down.. plus, although the Embassy is open, there is no one to answer the phone .. please provide quality service Like other Embassies in the USA
