2/10/23 I called to request travel information, the lady that answered the phone was very helpful, she answered all my questions.
July 5th 2019, I came in person requesting information. I had a very pleasant experience, I received all the information I needed. No complaints what so ever.

I call them today. The person who responded to me, he responded rudely that make me disgusted. I was asking for something urgent to speed up the process for me to get visa. He said, we don’t accept bribes and I didn’t even mean that. I hope I can get better chance with them later. Lastly I hope that they treat people ( especially foreigner)) fairly in the future.

When my travel insurance claim was denied I contacted Mr. Scott for help. He was able to get back the entire amount I was owed. Throughout the process he was transparent and communicated regularly. He is very responsive and easy to work with. If I need a lawyer again, I will not hesitate to contact Mr. Scott!

I had my car stolen during a ride-sharing incident in Dallas a couple of years ago.
